What could be more appropriate for a lazy Sunday morning in early October, than sitting in a warm ‚Gasthaus‘ with your friends, having a huge breakfast buffet to choose from and some rousing music to listen to? Longing for exactly this kind of activity, Andreas Wiedow and a small circle of guests from the Frankfurt InterNations Community (including, among others, expats from China, Russia and the United States) met up for a Sunday brunch at the Wäldches, a traditional German inn-cum-brewery near the area of the former Bundesgartenschau (German National Horticultural Exhibition). Either the excellent meal, the live jam session by the Mainhattan Jazzmen, the fresh, breezy air or the presence of the InterNations generation 2.0 seems to have been the proverbial elixir of youth for the crowd: As you can see, they became quite playful afterwards…
