Chicago InterNations Brunch
InterNations Ambassador Katrin Hummel recently provided the members of the Chicago Community with the delicious opportunity to explore the tasty and rich cuisine of the American South despite living at the shores of Lake Michigan. Last Saturday, on October 25, she and other expats gathered at Wishbone‘s for a brunch of southern reconstruction cooking. After having to choose between such treats as Kentucky Scrambled Eggs with corn, bacon and grits or pancakes with maple syrup, a walk across the nearby Chicago Antique Market seemed like the perfect way of burning some of these calories.
